- Job Description for PDM (Patent Development Manager)

Take a Preliminary invention description prepared the inventor.

1) Research the technology

2) Meet the inventor and agin a full understanding of the invention including all embodiments and alternatives

3) Prepare a full description of the invention.(This is not a patent application.)

4) Interface with US patent attorney to enable US patent attorney to prepare English language draft of patent application.

5) Interface with Korea patent attorney to facilitate preparation of corresponding Korea language draft of patent application.



- Strong chemistry background

- Understanding and experience in patent system

- Educational, professional, and personal skills

- Korea patent Attorney (Master or Ph.D. in chemistry)

- Korea patent Firm Patent Engineer (Ph.D. in chemistry)

- Age and gender: no Prence
