추천 포지션 : ENGINEERING SPECIALIST (MOTOR DESIGN)

Responsibilities :

• Analyse and optimize existing motor design in different automotive applications

• Develop design/simulation/test method based on field and circuit analysis

• Develop various motors and packages for new applications and customers

• On design aspect, lead all phases of development

• On project aspect, work with different internal/external parties, driven for results

Must-have Requirements :

• Degree holder or above in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related discipline

• Minimum 6 years thorough experience on motor R&D and production process, preferred in automotive industry.

• Expert on magnet\lamination\wire\commutator\brush and related materials

• Strong working knowledge of motor vibration/noise analysis and reduction techniques

• Knowledge on magnetic FEA applications and Solidworks – 2D & 3D drawing

• Good inter-personal skill with team leader quality, self-disciplined, self-motivated and motivate team members

• Good command of both spoken and written English, knowledge in Chinese would be advantageous

• Willing to work full-time in our China plant
