Job Profile:

- Supporting the production by means of lab synthesis
o RM check
o Solving of chemical and process related problems
o Up-scaling
o Method development
- Process/Product optimization
o Process safety - Kinetics of polymerization
o Improvement of polymer properties and product qualities (e.g. performance, stability, etc.)
o Recipe optimization in terms of economics (e.g. reduction of batch time, VC minimization, etc.)

Requirements:

- PhD is preferred but minimum is master degree
- Polymer Chemist
o Radical polymerisation
o Dispersion polymerization
o Emulsion Polymerization
o Polymer analytics
- English fluently (speaking and writing)
- Good communication skills
- Job experience is preferred
- Age below 35 if possible
- Flexibility for travelling
- Has to work in 전라북도
